No one would argue that the way we approach media today is drastically different than it was even ten years ago. If you're not a tech head (read geek...like me) then it can be very overwhelming. Between blogs, texting, Twitter, Facebook, XBox live, Playstation network, Wii network, streaming video, TiVo, Roku, Boxee, iPhone, iPad, Droid, Kindle, blah blah blah...how can anyone possibly digest all of the ways one can consume media. Well the kids coming up today are doing just that.
Well a new study has just come out that deals with media in the lives of youth today. Walt Mueller over at CPYU.org has written a very good post giving a nice overview of the results and some observations. I'm still trying to get my head around it, but if you're looking for some insight into kids and media today I'd suggest checking it out.
